Product Description

The 3970AVA is the highest resolution security camera on the market. You cannot get more lines than this from a wired coax camera. It has the newest SONY EFFIO-E Image Processor that provides 700 TV Lines of Resolution in Color. Don't be fooled by our competitors using the Black and White Resolution to upsell their products. It has 72 high intensity infrared LEDs for night vision for a maximum of 200ft. You can manually adjust the lens at time of installation from 2.8mm for a wide angle view of 90 degrees to see things up close or set it all the way to 12mm for a 4.5x zoom to see objects that are 50ft away and farther. This is not your ordinary bullet camera because of the image sensor that it has. Compared to other bullet cameras on the market, it has the best image sensor available and features Digital Noise Reduction (DNR) to reduce video noise at night time. The camera also has a on screen display menu controllable that you can control with the button located on the camera cord to change several camera settings. The camera has a 3 axis bracket that lets you position the camera virtually any way you want, and also has a the pigtail running through it to prevent cable cutting.

    I purchased this camera to replace and older (8yr) model. All I can say is what a difference. Not only does the wide angle lens show much more, but now I can see and distinguish out to at least 50ft when in infrared mode.
    It is a little larger than my previous one, but that is minor compared to the picture it produces.

    Bought this for my back yard and shines all the way to the end of the fence 220ft away. I do have some other lights that are helping. I am buying 4 more for the corners of the home. The angle can get really wide like they say about 90 degrees. I adjusted it midway to get a good balance of facial detail up to 40ft away and a wide view.
