The AV3114 is an IP camera that can pan and tilt, and because it is an IP camera, it eliminated the need to purchase a DVR and a hard drive. The MPEG4 compression that is built in will effectively lower the requirements of the network bandwidth. This wireless system (802.11g) includes an infrared (IR) remote control that allows you to access the camera functions from a distance. With built in email alert notification and remote FTP storage system, it make this camera the ideal system for any home or business
